Job summary

Rituals, founded in Amsterdam, seeks an Account Manager Marketing Partnerships to shape strategic Brand Partnerships across DACH and France. You will identify brands aligned with Rituals, create distinctive partnership campaigns, and manage a portfolio of B2B accounts for long-term growth and consumer engagement.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, PR, Retail and E-commerce teams, delivering innovative activations and value-driven propositions that strengthen brand

Qualifications

• Proven experience (>2 years) in Brand Partnerships, partnership marketing, collaborations or strategic partnership development.
• A strong portfolio of campaigns or partnerships that delivered clear brand impact.
• The ability to identify relevant brand and consumer opportunities and translate them into distinctive partnership propositions.
• Confidence in storytelling, pitching and securing enthusiasm and buy-in from senior internal and external stakeholders.
• A hands-on mindset, with the ability to move seamlessly from proposition development to activation and account development.
• Experience working across international markets; knowledge of DACH and/or France is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English. French and/or German language skills are considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic Brand Partnerships that strengthen brand relevance, visibility and consumer engagement.
• Translate shared brand synergy into distinctive 360° partnership campaigns and activations across relevant channels.
• Build a strong network of relevant brands and partners and proactively develop propositions that create value for both sides.
• Lead partnership projects from strategic fit and concept development through partner alignment, launch and evaluation.
• Work closely with local teams in DACH and France, as well as global Marketing, PR, Retail and E-commerce stakeholders, to deliver integrated partnership campaigns.
• Manage and grow selected B2B accounts, including corporate gifting, loyalty and employee benefit opportunities.
• Evaluate brand and partnership performance and use insights to strengthen future collaborations.
• Act as a source of inspiration and expertise for local teams on Brand Partnerships and partnership activation.
