Rituals is seeking a Customer Relations & Sales Ambassador to assist Polish and English-speaking customers via email, phone, and social media. You’ll turn questions into solutions, spot sales opportunities, and deliver authentic, non-scripted service while representing the Rituals brand.

Based at The Edge West in Amsterdam with a hybrid work model, you’ll join a team committed to delightful customer experiences and premium lifestyle products.

Qualifications

• Polish (native) and English (C1–C2) written and verbal skills.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy and problem-solving abilities.

After that, you’ll follow a 13–15 week on-the-job onboarding program to build your confidence, skills and product knowledge.Location & Working ConditionsThis role is based at The Edge West in Sloterdijk, Amsterdam, just a short walk from the Sloterdijk station. We offer a hybrid working model: you’ll work at least 50% of your time from the office, with the remaining time from home.
