Rituals Amsterdam is seeking a Customer Relations & Sales Ambassador to turn questions into solutions and everyday moments into more meaningful experiences. You’ll support customers by email, phone and social media, delivering a warm, human touch without scripts, while spotting opportunities to recommend the right Rituals product for their moment.

Be the go-to contact for our Polish and English-speaking customers: questions, concerns, compliments and order issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering personalized customer service across multiple channels.
• Ability to spot sales opportunities while maintaining a genuine tone.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Polish.
