Job summary

Qualifications

• HBO degree in commercial or business field.
• 3+ years in pharma, with 2+ years in CS/SC/operations.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication.
• Experience in international cross-functional settings is an advantage.
• Advanced SAP, Excel, and data handling with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage incoming customer orders accurately.
• Review order patterns and flag unusual volumes.
• Handle complex orders and advise colleagues on issues.
• Monitor demand fluctuations and support planning activities.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Quality teams on availability.
• Prepare reports for health insurers on product availability and tenders.
• Troubleshoot EDI order flow issues and resolve problems.
• Provide SAP superuser support for the Dutch organization.
