Job summary

Avantor Fluid Handling in Hillegom is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to ensure seamless order processing and proactive customer support. You will be the key liaison between Avantor and Biopharma customers, coordinating with purchasing and logistics to deliver value and resolve issues quickly.

The role emphasizes service-mindedness, documentation accuracy, and strong English communication with Dutch proficiency.

Qualifications

• MBO/Bachelor's degree in Administration or similar field.
• Several years of customer service experience.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Strong English communication and good Dutch proficiency.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel knowledge advantageous.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Exact or Epicor is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns the customer request and experience from initiation to conclusion.
• Manage inbound customer communication regarding service status, orders, and issues.
• Coordinate and expedite customer orders, ensuring timely resolution of challenges and accurate documentation.
• Oversee the order processing, from initial entry through to final shipping, guaranteeing smooth and efficient processing.
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to uphold operational efficiency, compliance standards, and organizational integrity.
