• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar (Customer Service) position.
• Proficient in MS Office and Windows-based applications.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails from customers regarding shipments and invoices.
• Process daily customer orders in SAP from multiple channels (EDI, email, Esker, fax, phone).
• Collect and analyze delivery reports from logistics providers.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Finance, Master Data, and Credit Control to resolve disputes.
• Follow SOPs and Quality Processes.
