Job summary

Medtronic invites applications for a Customer Care & Order Operations role based in Heerlen, NL. You will support day-to-day Order-To-Cash processes and related supply chain activities, working in a hybrid setup with 2–4 office days depending on country policies.

The role requires excellent Dutch and English, 2+ years in a similar position, strong relationship-building skills, and solid experience with SAP/CRM systems. Relocation is not provided, and a 80 km radius from Heerlen is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken & written Dutch and English; French is a nice-to-have.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships across a matrix network.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• System minded: SAP, CRM, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming calls and emails to Customer Care shared mailboxes.
• Coordinate and resolve issues, identify service improvements.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide professional support to customers, back office, and sales staff.
• Understand operating models and healthcare impacts on Customer Care.
