Job summary

TicketSwap is seeking a People Operations & Automation Specialist to own day-to-day People operations and drive automation across the employee lifecycle. You will ensure data accuracy, privacy compliance and support payroll with our partner, while collaborating with the People team and IT.

You should bring experience in People Ops, HR administration, HR systems, and a proactive mindset to simplify processes in a growing, international environment. Dutch language a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations and HR administration.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and data management.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day People operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, data management).
• Be the first point of contact for questions about policies, benefits, leave and payroll.
• Maintain accurate employee information in HR systems with focus on GDPR compliance.
• Support monthly payroll with external partner; ensure timely changes.
• Map and improve processes using automation to reduce manual work and improve data consistency.
• Create and improve templates, dashboards, and reporting for transparency.
