ViCentra B.V. is seeking a People Operations Specialist to help build and standardize our HR processes as we scale.

You will lead onboarding, payroll, and policy development to support a fast-moving company focused on driving exceptional employee experience. With a strong eye for detail and data accuracy, you will implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Dutch labour laws while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar people operations role within a scaling company.
• Solid background in HR operations, payroll (local/international), employee relations, Dutch labor law, CLA/Non-CLA, and TWV procedures.
• Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office, and handling confidential information.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Oversee onboarding, offboarding and contract management, including orientations, documentation, and transitions.
• Manage payroll processing via a third-party provider, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and compliance with Dutch labour laws.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring adherence to legislation and company policies.
• Handle mobility topics such as visa applications, relocations, and offboarding. Serve as the main contact for governmental institutions.
• Maintain data integrity in HRIS, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
