Job summary

ViCentra B.V. is seeking a People Operations Specialist to build and streamline our people operations in the Netherlands. You will lead onboarding, payroll coordination with a provider, and policy development to support growth and regulatory compliance.

You will act as a trusted partner for employees and leaders, ensuring data accuracy, privacy, and effective HR processes while aligning with our Be Bold, Build Trust, Deliver Excellence values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar people operations role within a scaling company.
• Solid background in HR operations, payroll (local/international), employee relations, Dutch labor law, HR policies, CLA/Non-CLA, and TWV procedures.
• Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office, and experience handling confidential information.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, offboarding and contract management, including orientations, documentation, and transitions. Support the development and implementation of people policies and best practices.
• Manage payroll processing via a third-party provider, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and compliance with Dutch labour laws.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring adherence to legislation and company policies.
• Handle mobility topics such as visa applications, relocations, and offboarding. Serve as the main contact for governmental institutions.
• Maintain data integrity in HRIS, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
