Job summary

ViCentra B.V. is seeking a People Operations Specialist to champion process improvements, drive HR best practices, and support the development and implementation of policies that enable sustainable growth.

You will oversee onboarding/offboarding, payroll processing via a partner, and mobility topics such as visa applications and relocations, while ensuring data integrity in HRIS and compliance with Dutch labor law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar people operations role.
• Solid background in HR operations, payroll, employee relations, and Dutch labor law.
• Experience with CLA/Non-CLA and TWV procedures.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office; handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, offboarding and contract management.
• Manage payroll processing with a third-party provider.
• Serve as first contact for employee inquiries.
• Handle mobility topics, visas, relocations, and government contacts.
• Maintain data integrity in HRIS and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch labour law and HR policies.

• Oversee onboarding, offboarding and contract management, including orientations, documentation, and transitions
• Manage payroll processing via a third-party provider, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and compliance with Dutch labour laws
• Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring adherence to legislation and company policies
• Handle mobility topics such as visa applications, relocations, and offboarding. Serve as the main contact for governmental institutions.
• Maintain data integrity in HRIS, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar people operations role within a scaling company
• Solid background in HR operations, payroll (local/international), employee relations, Dutch labor law, HR policies, CLA/Non-CLA, and TWV procedures
• Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office, and experience handling confidential information
