ViCentra is seeking a People Operations Lead to build and scale a full People Operations function in a fast‑moving MedTech environment. You will lead a two‑person team while staying hands‑on in day‑to‑day operations, shaping processes, and enabling growth with data‑driven decisions.

You will own onboarding/offboarding, payroll processing, policy development, and government mobility coordination, ensuring compliance with Dutch labour laws and data integrity across HRIS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in people operations or similar role.
• Experience leading or coaching a small team.
• Background in payroll, HR policies and labor law.
• Familiarity with HRIS and data reporting.
• Fluent English; Dutch would be a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee onboarding, offboarding and contract management, including policies and procedures.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with Dutch labour laws.
• Lead a two-person People Operations team; mentor and develop staff.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity; generate reports for decision‑making.
• Coordinate governmental mobility topics (visa, relocations).
• Collaborate with leaders to build a digitized, automation‑first People Operations function.
