Job summary

Yardi is seeking motivated individuals to join the Global Solutions Team as Associate Technical Account Managers (ATAMs) to support our payment processing solutions across Europe. You will resolve software and payment issues via email and phone, while building strong client relationships and driving success with Yardi’s payments software.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, are fluent in Dutch, and bring technical affinity (SQL, APIs) with a passion for numbers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, IT or related field.
• Proficiency in Dutch.
• Motivated with a desire to learn and grow in payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application and payment processing issues via email and phone.
• Own and manage support cases from investigation to resolution.
