Job summary

Adyen is seeking Java Software Engineers to join our payments solution teams in Amsterdam. You will own the full development cycle from design to testing and live deployment, focusing on building a high-performance platform with PostgreSQL-backed data stores and reliable services.

You’ll work across global teams on integrations for in-store and online payments, delivering fast, scalable APIs and UIs for merchants.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java, web services, REST APIs and SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Built high-throughput, highly reliable services at scale.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts.
• Nice to have RabbitMQ, Kafka and Elasticsearch experience.
