Adyen is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to develop strong relationships with customers and provide impactful payments insights to drive growth. You will own the customer relationship, identify commercial opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams across time zones to deliver best-in-class service.

The role requires a strategic mindset, ability to manage multiple high-level conversations, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant client-facing, commercial experience (e.g., account management)
• Experience in payments industry from merchant side is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Dutch is preferred

Responsabilités

• Build strong customer relationships and navigate organizations to align stakeholders across internal teams
• Drive commercial discussions and meet strategic/financial targets for assigned accounts
• Act as the human dimension of Adyen’s product, delivering expertise and payment guidance
• Prioritize and execute on short and long-term projects across multiple accounts
• Serve as the voice of the customer and provide actionable feedback to internal teams
