ITProposal in Maastricht area seeks an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch work. This freelance/assignment-based role covers varied client sites across the Maastricht region.

Hours vary by assignment; typical shifts range by client, with no guaranteed minimum hours. Travel costs are reimbursed as per Dutch regulations, and compensation is paid per assignment or per hour worked.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years in a similar IT environment.
• Language: Fluent Dutch with customer; good English with Service Desk.
• Work authorization: Valid right to work in the Netherlands.
• Education: Relevant MBO/HBO level education or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and authorized desktop software.
• Support and troubleshoot End User Workspace hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices).
• Perform preventative maintenance on devices and software.
