Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead complex customer adoption engagements and ensure rapid adoption of the Now Platform and Generative AI capabilities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, partners, and customers to deliver successful implementations with strong program management and technical expertise.

The role requires ~8+ years in high-tech/SaaS, experience in customer-facing PM roles, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in high-tech/SaaS industry
• 5+ years in a customer-facing project management role
• 5+ years of experience with technology products
• PMI or similar certification desired
• Agile Scrum experience and Scrum Master certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• English – fluent

Responsibilities

• Provide project management practices, such as planning, scheduling, monitoring, risk management, to drive project execution throughout the lifecycle.
• Apply project management expertise from the Now Create implementation methodology and prescriptive guidance to promote engagement delivery to drive outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional projects and teams, senior-level stakeholders and customers to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive collaboration and efficient decision-making between internal and external stakeholders, including partners and customers.
• Provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Facilitate project planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide project governance to manage requirements in line with scope, time, schedule, and objectives.
• Develop and present the project value proposition to customers as part of the initiative and ongoing collaboration.
• Identify risks, mitigation plans, and track/resolve issues.
