Itproposal is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect / Lead Developer to drive technical delivery in Amsterdam. This hands-on role emphasizes AI-driven builds, complex enterprise integrations, and deep platform expertise.

You will mentor consulting staff, govern delivery quality, and ensure scalable solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB within a high-performance pod. Amsterdam on-site engagement with a full-time contract awaits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with enterprise platforms.
• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
• Proven leadership in delivering technical solutions within enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery across the pod.
• Act as the primary hands-on architect for AI and Agentic AI builds using MCP design.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions with customers and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Mentor and peer-review technical consultants to uplift delivery capability.
• Serve as the escalation point for technical blockers and design challenges.
• Own delivery governance, quality assurance, and best-practice implementation.
