Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting seeks an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design and build resilient online platforms, implement integrations, and drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure deployments via CI/CD, and contribute to the technical vision with hands-on ServiceNow expertise.

Proven ServiceNow implementation experience, strong ITSM/SPM skills, and a track record in Agile environments are required.

Qualifications

• Design and implement workflows, integrations, notifications, and flow automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the implementation to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
• The role will also support deployments through source control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and reliable transitions from development to production.
• As a senior developer, contribute to the overall technical vision leveraging experience from previous implementations and maximizing the capabilities of ServiceNow technologies.
• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow, with at least one complete implementation.
• Strong development experience with ITSM and SPM modules.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, Service Catalog, Performance Analytics (PA), workflows, and scripting.
• Experience with Configuration Management and Application Portfolio Management (APM).
• Experience developing ServiceNow widgets, including both basic and advanced widgets.
• Knowledge of IT Operations Management (ITOM), including basic and advanced capabilities.
• Experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Operations (SecOps), and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Strong scripting and development expertise.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and Acceptance-Test-Driven Development (ATDD).
• Strong understanding of clean code and clean architecture principles.
• Experience with refactoring and managing technical debt.
• Familiarity with pair programming and established coding standards.
• Experience using AI-powered coding assistants.
• Goal-oriented and delivery-focused mindset.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.
• Willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team development.
