Are you ready to lead cutting-edge AI transformation programs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Do you have the experience to manage large-scale ServiceNow AI initiatives and the vision to guide organizations through their GenAI journey? If so, we are looking for a Program Manager – AI to join our dynamic team!

What will you do?

As a Program Manager – AI, you are fully responsible for the scope, staffing, financials, timelines, and quality of multiple AI-driven ServiceNow programs - specifically those involving Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. You will lead and orchestrate several GenAI-related initiatives simultaneously, working closely with delivery teams, architects, consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure measurable success.

In this position, you will also act as an Engagement Manager, developing strong customer relationships and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle. You’ll combine your consulting, program delivery, and leadership skills to drive innovation, AI maturity, and business value.

Scope of Work

• Lead and manage multiple ServiceNow AI/GenAI implementation programs and/or projects simultaneously
• Take ownership of project staffing, financial performance, scope management, and deliverables
• Define KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives, Monitor program status and report to internal and external stakeholders
• Serve as a single point of contact for AI-related ServiceNow implementations
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams to ensure alignment with client goals and ServiceNow capabilities
• Identify AI-related up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and engage with the sales team
• Foster long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle
• Facilitate AI-focused program kick-off meetings and steering committees
• Coach team members and customers on AI program success and digital transformation
• Oversee the performance of both internal delivery teams and external subcontractors
• Ensure delivery teams apply AI best practices and follow robust project governance
• Represent Plat4mation as a thought leader in AI-driven ServiceNow transformations
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and organizational governance frameworks.
• Stay current with AI trends, ServiceNow roadmap updates, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years in program or project management roles, with at least 2 years in AI or ServiceNow-related initiatives
• Proven experience managing large enterprise software implementation programs—ideally in context of a consulting environment and within the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including GenAI use cases and deployments
• Demonstrated ability to run multiple concurrent programs and drive cross-functional teams
• Experience working with CIOs and senior stakeholders in digital transformation contexts
• Background in advisory, business consulting, or IT strategy is a strong plus
• Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
• ServiceNow, ITIL, or project management certifications (Prince2, PMP, PMI) are a plus
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and modern delivery frameworks
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in executive reporting
