Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Supervisor for the CVNS Outbound Department to lead a team responsible for the accurate and on‑time shipment of orders across Europe. The role requires coordinating two shifts with a focus on operational excellence, quality, and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in logistics leadership, strong English skills, and a proactive, can‑do attitude. Dutch is helpful but not mandatory; familiarity with SAP ERP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ leadership experience in logistics.
• Knowledge of KPI management.
• Experience managing operational targets and employee performance.
• Experience working in multicultural teams.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to make timely, well-informed decisions.
