Job summary

DocMorris in Heerlen is seeking an Outbound Logistics Team Lead to build and lead a quality-driven team in a state-of-the-art, highly automated distribution center. You ensure on-time delivery of vital medications while maintaining GDP compliance and 5S standards, optimizing processes and KPIs.

You bring at least 5 years of leadership experience in logistics, HBO level education or equivalent, and strong English skills plus Dutch or German.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level education (HBO) or equivalent in logistics.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a logistics environment.
• Strong English communication, plus Dutch or German.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the outbound logistics team.
• Maintain GDP/compliance and 5S standards in a highly automated facility.
• Monitor KPIs (delivery times, errors, productivity) and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with management on process optimization and resource planning.
