Job summary

Medtronic Heerlen, Netherlands is seeking a Customer Care & Order Operations professional to support day-to-day order-to-cash and supply chain processes. You will interact with hospitals, nurses, procurement, and sales teams, delivering responsive service and issue resolution.

After a full-time training period at the office, the role offers a hybrid work model with 2–4 office days and remote work on other days; relocation is not provided, and applicants must live within 80 km of Heerlen.

Qualifications

• Dutch and English fluency; French is a nice-to-have.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar Customer Care/Order Operations role.
• Ability to build customer relationships across a matrix network.
• Team player and system minded; comfortable with MS Office and ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming calls and emails to Customer Care mailboxes; coordinate issues and identify service improvements.
• Demonstrate proactive communication with customers and follow up with stakeholders.
• Provide professional support to customers, back office, and field sales with knowledge of Medtronic products and policies.
• Understand operating models/healthcare impacts on Customer Care and collaborate with BU on new initiatives.
• Coordinate and implement changes from OTC strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation across processes.
• Alert and provide corrective actions for process/systems failures affecting customers.
