Qualifications

• Good command of English.

• People-focused leadership with coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operation and achieve KPIs.
• Lead daily meetings with Supervisors and plan staffing.
• Monitor and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
• Manage workforce planning with Workforce department.
• Coach Supervisors and warehouse staff for results.
