Qualifications

• Leads a logistics operation with quality, compliance and continuous improvement focus.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor or 2 years as Assistant Supervisor.
• Strong command of English and good analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations and achieve KPIs and targets.
• Lead daily meetings with Assistant Supervisors to review planning and priorities.
• Monitor and optimize processes and identify improvements.
• Manage workforce planning with the Workforce department and ensure staffing efficiency.
• Coach Supervisors and warehouse staff to achieve results.
