Syntho in Amsterdam (On-Site) seeks an ambitious SDR to build our outbound playbook from the ground up. You’ll own top‑of‑funnel outreach to software companies, starting from a fresh lead list and turning cold contacts into introductory meetings.

You’ll test different approaches, attend events, and craft personalized touches rather than generic emails. You’ll work directly with founders and the sales team to shape ICP, messaging, and strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales building a pipeline from scratch.
• Ability to generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach.
• Comfort communicating with technical audiences about data and privacy.
