Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in logistics, warehousing, air cargo or freight forwarding.
• Experience in supervisory or managerial role.
• English proficiency; Dutch knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel and logistics software.
• Ability to obtain a VOG and DNATA access credentials.

Responsibilities

• Taking full ownership of the daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Leading, supporting, and motivating the operational teams.
• Monitoring shipment flows and taking corrective actions during delays or disruptions.
• Ensuring customer requirements and agreed SLAs are consistently achieved.
• Maintaining effective communication with Planning, Customer Service, Customs, and external handlers.
• Tracking operational KPIs and implementing practical process improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with operational, customs, safety, and security procedures.
