Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a senior Operations Manager for our Venray campus in the Netherlands. You will lead three warehouses serving a fashion customer, report to the Site Manager, and manage around 400 employees, driving automation and digitalization across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/HBO in a related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in Logistics/warehouse operations.
• Experience working with WMS.
• Strong English communication; Dutch/Polish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the operation from the front, ensuring compliance, performance and world-class service.
• Develop strong collaboration with the customer and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Plan, supervise and coordinate warehouse operations including weekly workload and priorities.
• Provide training and assessments to teams; conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate Warehouse Manager teams and ensure resources for warehouses.
