Job summary

link-hrm-bv3 is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, shipment and inventory. Based in the Netherlands, you will plan tasks, allocate headcount, and ensure safety and accuracy in a fast-moving logistics environment.

You will manage blue-collar teams, schedule shifts, train staff, monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery and inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement through SOP adherence and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain; prior supervision preferred.
• Strong coordination to plan tasks and staffing.
• Data analysis and problem-solving using KPIs and operations data.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with WMS is a plus.
• Strong responsibility and execution in logistics operations.
• Excellent communication and cross-department coordination.
• Proficient in English; Dutch or Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations; allocate headcount and priorities.
• Manage blue-collar staff; schedule, train, and evaluate performance.
• Handle operational exceptions; coordinate and drive solutions.
• Monitor KPIs; report on efficiency, accuracy, on-time, and inventory.
• Ensure SOP compliance; identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Identify efficiency issues and drive departmental improvements.
