Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager for Geldermalsen to drive stable, high‑performing processes. You will own daily performance, lead multiple shifts and teams, and translate insights into concrete actions improving safety, quality, and productivity.

You will lead improvement initiatives, manage incidents, and ensure Lean discipline on the floor, delivering on KPIs and end-to-end operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of Supply Chain experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and supervise shifts.
• Own day-to-day and weekly performance, safety, quality, productivity, and delivery KPIs.
• Guide hands-on teams across multiple shifts and drive engagement.
