Zusammenfassung

Everience is seeking an onsite IT support specialist in Amsterdam to deliver hardware, software, and network assistance for a 4,000-strong international workforce. You will install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, and resolve incidents with a focus on timely SLAs.

You will troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft 365, manage user accounts in Active Directory, support AV setups, and document solutions to improve procedures.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of onsite IT support in a large enterprise (400+ users).
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory
• Respond to service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLAs
• Support meeting room technology and AV equipment
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues)
• Document incidents, solutions, and procedures
