Job summary

Everience is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist in Amsterdam to assist a 400+ user enterprise with hardware, software, and network issues.

You will install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices, troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365, manage Active Directory accounts, respond to service desk tickets within SLAs, and support meeting room AV systems. Fluency in Dutch and English required.

• Experience supporting 400+ users in a large enterprise.
• onsite support and customer care experience required.
• Strong customer service mindset and analytical skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Organized, proactive, hands-on attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory.
• Respond to service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
• Support meeting room technology and AV equipment.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi‑Fi).
• Document incidents, solutions, and procedures.
