Job summary

Everience Benelux is seeking an onsite IT Support specialist to handle hardware, software, and network issues, covering desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. You will troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise apps, while managing AD and assisting users.

The role also includes responding to tickets, supporting meeting room AV, and documenting incidents and solutions. Dutch and English fluency is required; 1+ years of onsite support preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in onsite IT support for large enterprises.
• Fluent Dutch and English required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory.
• Respond to service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
• Support meeting room technology and AV equipment.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues).
• Document incidents, solutions, and procedures.
