Job summary
The Dutch research organization TNO is seeking an Onsite IT Support Specialist for its Information Services division in The Hague. You will provide service desk support and on-site IT assistance to researchers and staff, enabling secure, reliable IT operations across Utrecht and Petten.
You will install and configure workplace equipment, document procedures, and collaborate with DevOps teams to drive improvements. Strong Dutch and English communication is required.
Qualifications
- Experience in a service desk, workplace management or IT support role.
- You are service-oriented, work in a structured way and value information security and accuracy.
- Driven to develop expertise in IT management, applications or IT security.
Responsibilities
- Resolving incidents and service requests via phone, email and tickets.
- Installing, configuring and replacing workplace equipment, hardware and software.
- Supporting users at various TNO locations in the Utrecht and Petten regions.
- Handling Tier 2 incidents within specialist domains.
- Documenting changes, procedures and knowledge articles.
- Collaborating with specialists and DevOps teams to implement improvements.
