Job summary

ITproposal B.V. zoekt een proactieve IT Onsite Support Engineer om ons team in Midrecht te versterken. Je biedt hands-on technis che ondersteuning voor eindgebruikers en zorgt ervoor dat systemen en apparaten vlekkeloos werken.

Je voert 1e en 2e lijns onsite support uit, configureert Windows-systemen en beheert Microsoft 365-omgevingen. Relevante ITIL/ Microsoft certificeringen zijn een pré. Het gaat om een fulltime positie in een dynamische, klantgerichte omgeving.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 2 jaar IT-ondersteuning in desktop of onsite rol.
• Sterke kennis van Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 en Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID.
• Kennis van basisnetwerken (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) en hardware troubleshooting.
• Ervaring met ticketingsystemen zoals ServiceNow, TOPdesk of Jira.

Responsibilities

• Verlenen van 1e en 2e lijn onsite IT-ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers.
• Diagnose en oplossing van hardware-, software- en netwerkkwesties.
• Installeren en ondersteunen van desktops, laptops, printers en mobiele apparaten.
• Beheer van Microsoft 365-toepassingen en gebruikersaccounts.

Location: Midrecht, Netherlands (Candidates based in or near Midrecht preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Language Requirement: Fluent Dutch and English (Mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Onsite Support Engineer to join our team in Midrecht. You will provide hands-on technical support to end users, ensuring IT systems, devices, and workplace technology operate efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys working directly with users in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line onsite IT support for end users.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.

• Deploy, image, and configure Windows devices.

• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords using Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID.

• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using an ITSM/ticketing system.

• Perform hardware replacements and asset management.

• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams.

• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA targets.

• Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate support records.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in a desktop or onsite support role.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Windows 10/11

  • Microsoft 365

  • Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID

  • Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

  • Hardware troubleshooting and device deployment

• Experience working with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, TOPdesk, Jira, or similar).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written).

• Must be currently based in or willing to commute daily to Midrecht or the surrounding area.

• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

• Available to start on 17 August 2026.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification.

• Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-900, AZ-900, or equivalent).

• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments. Similar onsite support roles in the region commonly involve Microsoft 365, Windows, ITIL-based support, and hardware troubleshooting.
