Job summary

Yusen Logistics Group is seeking an IT Support Engineer (L2) to provide hands-on IT support across warehouse and office locations in the Northern Netherlands. You will be part of the Level 2 team, handling incidents, maintaining devices, and assisting end users, with close collaboration to business operations.

The role requires practical IT support experience, ITIL/ITSM familiarity, and knowledge of Windows, mobile devices, printers, and warehouse tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on IT support experience in office, warehouse, manufacturing, or operational environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and ITSM processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Android, iOS, PC hardware, IP networking, and workplace technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support across warehouse and office locations.
• Resolve incidents and maintain IT equipment and applications.
• Deliver first-line application support for WMS, TMS, and local business apps.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and user setup; basic Microsoft 365 training.
• Escalate complex incidents and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
