Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Netherlands is seeking a Sales Consultant Oncology for the Southern region. You will drive growth by selling stapling and energy products to hospitals, build deep relationships with surgeons, nurses and managers, and lead hands-on trainings to maximise product knowledge and proper usage.

With 3+ years in hospital sales and fluency in Dutch and English, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to achieve targets while navigating the Dutch healthcare system and OR

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of hospital sales experience.
• Self-starter who can work independently and identify opportunities.
• Proficiency in Dutch and fluent in English.
• Valid driving license (B).
• Living in the southern Netherlands region.
• Knowledge of the Dutch healthcare system; OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell innovative medical products to existing and new customers to grow the business in the territory.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide value-driven support to customers.
• Gain market insights and develop new solutions to drive sales growth.
• Define projects within Value Based Selling as part of the account plan.
• Support surgeons and healthcare professionals with product education and training sessions.
• Generate sales analyses and adjust plans to improve performance.
• Represent product value at congresses, user meetings and events.
