Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Consultant Obesity for SURGERY in the Northern/Mid regions of the Netherlands. You will drive business, build strong clinician relationships, and promote obesity and surgical oncology portfolios.

You will lead Customer Plan development, coordinate with Oncology sales and Account Managers, and ensure high impact through value-based selling and training of surgeons and staff. Join a global team shaping modern surgical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• Proven track record and demonstrated capabilities in a sales position.
• Ability to manage complexity in a matrix environment.
• Living in the southern Netherlands region (preferably central Brabant).

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Develop value-based selling projects and define customer segmentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to close key deals and drive promotions.
• Provide training to surgeons and operating theater staff.
• Maintain long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Organize congresses, user meetings and events to showcase solutions.
