Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Consultant Oncology to drive business performance in the Dutch market. You will engage clinical stakeholders, train hospital staff, and collaborate with a regional team to expand market share for biosurgery products.

The role requires a Master’s degree with relevant experience, 3+ years in hospital sales, and fluent Dutch/English. Based in southern Netherlands, travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hospital/surgical field sales experience.
• Native Dutch and fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Driving license, category B.
• Resident of the southern Netherlands region.

Responsibilities

• Sell innovative biosurgery medical products to existing and new customers to grow the business in the territory.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, understand needs, and build lasting relationships.
• Identify market insights and develop new solutions to drive sales growth.
• Define projects within Value Based Selling to acquire customers and demonstrate added value.
• Facilitate hospital trainings for surgeons, nurses, and OR staff to boost product knowledge.
