Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Consultant – Orthopaedics for the South West region of the Netherlands. The role focuses on medical devices, providing clinical guidance and training to healthcare professionals, and collaborating across R&D, regulatory, sales, and marketing to ensure safe, effective device usage.

The position requires 3–5 years of clinical experience, a degree in a relevant healthcare field, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field (Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, or related healthcare discipline).
• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
• Experience with medical devices in clinical, regulatory, or consulting capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical insights during the use of medical devices.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals on the proper use of medical devices.
• Develop educational materials, including user guides, clinical protocols, and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of clinical documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Provide clinical insights for marketing and sales strategies.
• Participate in customer meetings, demonstrations, and trade shows to showcase product benefits.
• Address customer concerns related to clinical applications and product performance.
