Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in the Netherlands is seeking a Sales Consultant Oncology for the Southern region to drive growth and expand market share for stapling and energy products. You will engage with surgeons, clinicians, and hospital staff to demonstrate value and set the stage for adoption.

You will join a regional sales team, deliver hands-on sessions, participate in congresses and user meetings, and provide expert guidance on product use in diverse surgical procedures.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent required.
• At least >3 years of experience in hospital sales.
• Self-starter who works independently and identifies opportunities.
• Proficiency in Dutch and fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Driving license category B.
• Living in the southern Netherlands region.
• Driven by results, excellence, and business achievement.

Responsibilities

• Sell innovative medical products to existing and new customers to grow the business on the territory.
• Build customer relationships and deliver sustained value and support.
• Gain market insights and develop new solutions to drive sales growth.
• Define projects within Value Based Selling as part of the account plan.
• Facilitate hospital trainings for surgeons and OR staff.
• Provide guidance on optimal product use across procedures.
• Generate sales analyses and adapt plans for performance.
