Job summary

EMW in Brunssum, NL is seeking a Chief Technician to join the NIC + Contractors team. The role focuses on Level2 and Service Management Support for incidents, service requests and changes, with strict adherence to NATO classified environments.

On-site work is required with some off-site activities possible; the incumbent must hold NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance and COMINT indoctrination before onboarding. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance required.
• Degree in computer science or information technology preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level2 and Service Management Support for incidents and requests.
• Document, categorize and resolve tickets following internal processes.
• Participate in daily reporting, workshops and service reviews.
• Respond to tickets with timely, accurate updates and escalation as needed.
• On-site work with occasional off-site tasks at other NATO locations.
