Job summary

Spektrum seeks a Chief Technician to provide Level2 and service management support for NATO clients, primarily onsite in Brunssum. You will address incidents, service requests, changes, and information requests, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.

You will work with SIGINT COINS components, patching software, coordinating outages, and supporting NATO’s enterprise IT services in a highly classified environment. Fluency in English and IT security awareness are required.

• Must have experience in computer science or information technology.
• Ability to analyse unusual maintenance complex problems.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills.”

Responsibilities

• Provide Level2 and Service Management support per tickets and requests.
• Respond, document, categorize, and resolve assigned tickets onsite; some offsite work may be required.
• Participate in daily reporting, workshops and conferences related to supported services.
