Job summary

EMW, Inc. seeks a Chief Technician for the JISR Services Support Centre in Brunssum to join a NATO-focused operations team. You will work onsite, handle Level2 and Service Management tasks, and ensure tickets are documented, categorized and resolved per procedures.

The role requires active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance and COMINT indoctrination pre-condition. Expect daily reporting, participation in workshops, and occasional offsite work at other NATO locations with strict access controls.

Qualifications

• Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance.
• Experience in computer science or information technology.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient English communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond, document, categorize and resolve assigned tickets per internal processes.
• Provide Level2 and Service Management support via the ticketing toolset and Azure DevOps.
• Work mainly onsite with occasional offsite presence at other NATO locations as required.
• Participate in daily reporting and planning activities, workshops, events and conferences.
• Escalate issues to Level3 support and assist in troubleshooting and documentation.
