Job summary

Holland2Stay & Codomo Living is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet residents and visitors, answer questions, and keep the office running smoothly.

You will coordinate with teams, manage supplies, and help create a welcoming environment for colleagues and residents alike.

Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with an MBO level 3+ or 4 background and up to five years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• MBO level 3+ or 4 thinking and working level.
• Up to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and suppliers.
• You answer questions via email, phone, and at the front desk. You create a warm welcome.
• You coordinate with internal teams to solve questions and issues quickly.
• You make sure the kitchen stays clean and organized, and address colleagues if needed.
• You ensure coffee and tea are always available.
• You manage office supplies and reorder on time.
• You contribute to a well-organized and pleasant work environment.
• You help organize activities at the office and take responsibility to resolve issues.
