Darktrace is seeking an experienced Channel Director to lead our Northern Europe partner strategy and execution. You will report to the VP of the EMEA Partner Organisation and drive growth through a robust partner network.

You will recruit and manage VARs, SIs, MSSPs across Benelux, Nordics, EE, DACH; enable partners with training and tools; collaborate with sales and product teams to maximize opportunities and ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner leadership roles in cyber security or enterprise software.
• 5+ years directly managing CAMs/PBMs.
• Proven track record building and scaling partner programs.
• Deep understanding of VARs, SIs, MSSPs and tech alliances.
• Existing network with key partners in Northern Europe region.
• Ability to develop and execute comprehensive partner strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Northern Europe.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or related field.
