At Darktrace, we are energized by that responsibility. We work across teams and rally around a shared goal. We own outcomes end to end - step in, step up and see things through without waiting to be asked. You will be responsible for regional customer outcomes, technical success, team performance and operational excellence, while partnering closely with Sales, Renewals, Product, Support and Professional Services to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Lead and develop a team of Technical Success Managers across the Benelux and Nordic regions, driving customer adoption, retention and value realisation. This role combines people leadership, customer advocacy, technical credibility and commercial awareness to help customers achieve measurable business outcomes and maximise the value of their Darktrace investment.
Customers in the region are healthier, more deeply adopted and better prepared for renewal and expansion, visibly so in the data. Technical risk is identified and managed early, so late or customer-raised escalations are the exception. TSMs ramp predictably, progress against the competency framework and are retained, and both customers and account teams regard the team as trusted, practical technical advisers.
As a growing business strengthening its governance and controls, this role plays a part in supporting high standards of integrity and accountability.
