Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Manager, Technical Success for the Benelux & Nordics region to lead a team of Technical Success Managers, drive adoption and retention, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The role is hybrid with three days a week in the Amsterdam office.

You will collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Product and Professional Services, own regional success metrics, and engage with CISOs and security leaders to maximise value from Darktrace solutions.

Qualifications

Experience leading customer-facing CS/technical teams.
Fluent English; French or Dutch language proficiency required.
Technical background to credibly lead TSMs.
Experience with SaaS, cybersecurity or enterprise software.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Technical Success Managers across Benelux and Nordics.
Drive retention, time-to-value and expansion opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Product, Support and Services.
Maintain governance, reporting and data quality using Gainsight or similar.
Represent TSM in executive-level engagements.
