Jobgether partner company is seeking a Support Agent (Freelance, Night Shifts) based in the Netherlands. Remote role handling customer inquiries primarily via email, assisting users with navigation and issues related to the platform and its educational content.

You will join cross-functional teams, meet performance targets, and help improve support processes. The rotating 2/2 night schedule runs from 20:00 to 06:00, with initial training provided.

Formación

• Background in customer-facing support or sales.
• Strong written English communication.
• 3 months to 1+ year experience in customer support, technical support, sales or retention.
• Ability to learn digital products and troubleshoot.
• Experience maintaining internal documentation and templates.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer inquiries from users worldwide, primarily by email.
• Meet targets for First Response Time, Resolution Time and CSAT.
• Learn platform features and support processes to resolve issues.
• Escalate bug reports or issues to technical, product or legal teams.
• Coordinate refund requests and process transactions; use payment systems.
• Contribute to improving support workflows and response templates; test new tools.
• Keep internal docs up to date and participate in team meetings.
• Work rotating 2-days-on, 2-days-off with night shifts 20:00–06:00.
