• Minimum Working Hours required per week is 18 Hrs to Maximum of 28 Hrs
• Full Remote Job and need to work Night Shift (Out of Office timings), Weekends and Holidays support

Dutch Speaker - required

Must have customer handling experience and must be comfortable with the above mentioned shifts.

Experience Required but Not Mandatory:

• At least a completed MBO 4 ICT training and preferably HBO working and thinking level;

• Relevant work experience in technical services;

• Experience in telecom is a plus (fixed and mobile);

• Knowledge of fixed internet services is an advantage.
